About Us

Sam Samarajeewa is the Managing Director and he originally came from Sri Lanka. He used to work as a senior government officer in Sri Lanka and while doing that he managed to establish a good and reputable cleaning company over there.

Sam decided to establish the Total Plan Cleaning Service (TPCS) upon migrating here to New Zealand. He brought all his experience with him and worked with various cleaning companies as a cleaner, and later on, was promoted as a team leader. With his extensive working experience he decided to set up his own cleaning company.

Thus, The Total Plan Cleaning Services (TPCS) was born.

He humbly started this company by himself and it grew rapidly without any advertising or promotions. His excellent service and word of mouth reputation has brought this company a long way in the cleaning industry.

Today, TPCS have lots of experienced and reliable staff.

Introducing Brian Pratt as the operations manager who has 15 years of managerial experience in the cleaning industry and he manages all our reliable cleaning staff and all other operations.

Training & Security

We employ only experienced staff . When new cleaners come to our company we seriously consider experience and back ground. If we recruit inexperienced cleaners, they must work a few months under experienced cleaners until we are totally satisfied with their work.

Our policy at TPCS is that:

  • All staff members under go police security checks
  • All staff members must be tidy and wear a uniform while they work.
  • We are 100% not allowed to bring helpers or children to the work place
  • All staff members must participate in the Japanese 5 S system training program.

This training covers the following:

  • Introduction to the company
  • quipment care and maintenance
  • How to use cleaning products
  • Health and safety in the workplace
  • Standard services for the customers
